Greg grew up all over Texas and moved to New Jersey prior to high school. After graduation, Greg attended college at Baylor University in Waco, Texas; his family’s hometown. While at Baylor he met his wife Rachel, and received a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a major in marketing. It was here that he sensed God calling him to ministry. Greg & Rachel both attended and graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religious Education.
In 25 years of ministry, Greg has served on staff at churches across Texas using his passions of casting vision, connecting people and cultivating leaders to help the local church grow and God's Kingdom expand. Greg has extensive experience in multi-site church ministry, serving as Campus Pastor for both Second Baptist Church in Houston and Oak Hills Church in San Antonio. At Second Baptist Houston, he led the team to launch and grow a new campus; at Oak Hills Church he led the northeast campus to double in size and influence, baptizing over 400 people in 5 years.
Greg enjoys tennis, golf and reading about leadership. Greg and Rachel have two teenagers, Tanner and Libbie.
